The location of some of my earliest memories, this used to be my nonno's workshop and house. In actual fact, my parents lived there shortly after getting married for a while. I take a nostalgic look whenever I drive past. This week I actually parked as I was going to check out the Minanoie cafe and store around the corner in Peel St. It's no secret that old inner city buildings are being razed to make way for shabby apartments (just take a look at the building next door) so I thought I had better take a pic before it was too late.
A shot of our kitchen with moveable parts. With thanks to the designers, Andrew Simpson and Charles Anderson.
Morning tea with friends at our newly renovated chicory kiln house on the island. Phillip Island, that is. A special thank you to the amazingly talented and patient photographer, Peter Bennetts.
