PURCHASING A TIZIANA REGINA ORIGINAL
Am I able to purchase a bag from you directly?
For sure! Just email Tiziana at infotizianar@optusnet.com.au and let her know which one you are interested in and she will be in contact with you to let you know the price. If you prefer for her to call you, please leave your phone number and she will get back to you as quickly as possible.

I see you do bespoke garments and bags. Can I talk to you about this?
Of course! Just email Tiziana with your phone number in the message and she will get back to you as soon as possible so you can discuss the possibility of working together on an outfit or accessories that you will see on no one else. Please email Tiziana at infotizianar@optusnet.com.au

How will I pay for my item?
Tiziana Regina accepts payment via PayPal and direct transfer. PayPal is widely used by more than 150 million account members worldwide and is one of the most secure, trusted and easiest payment methods online. PayPal allows you to send money securely from your credit card (Visa or MasterCard), debit card, bank account or account balances, with just an email address. There is no charge to send money and no need to share any financial information with Tiziana Regina. Please note that all transactions are charged in $AUD dollars, and that your bank may charge you a small amount of currency exchange fees if your local currency is not $AUD.

What if I do not have a Paypal account?
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from Tiziana Regina. All you need to do is to enter your credit card details on the PayPal website. You can visit www.paypal.com.au  for more information.

What if I prefer to pay by electronic transfer?
Sure. Simply email Tiziana at infotizianar@optusnet.com.au and she will email her bank details. Keep in mind that it may take a while for the funds to appear in her bank account. Please note that items will not be sent until funds are cleared.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING
Do I have to pay for postage?
Tiziana Regina offers FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $100. International shipping costs vary according to the country and she will inform you of this when you make an enquiry.

How will my handbag arrive?
In the interests of the environment your Tiziana Regina original will arrive wrapped in tissue paper in an Australia Post Tough Bag. Should you prefer it to arrive in a box or in a special gift wrap please email Tiziana at infotizianar@optusnet.com.au to discuss this and the relevant costs.

How will it be sent?
All items will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Items are shipped via standard Australia Post and are not insured. Tiziana Regina will not be held responsible for lost/missing items once they have been shipped. Please contact Tiziana at infotizianar@optusnet.com.au should you prefer to pay the extra shipping costs to have your items insured.

What address should I use for the fastest delivery possible using regular post?
You may like to use your residential address, although this may not be the best choice if you are working away from home. Some customers like to receive their parcels at work where there will be someone to claim it. Australia Post offers a free and handy parcel pick up service to suit you. Check it out at: http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/parcel-lockers.html   Please note that Tiziana Regina cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

I do not live in Australia. Am I able to purchase a Tiziana Regina original?
Yes, Tiziana Regina posts to all countries. Please note that outside of Australia there are some countries where you may have to pay taxes or import duties at your end. These fees are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that Tiziana Regina cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses that occur during shipping. If you require extra insurance, prefer your items to be sent by registered post or courier then please advise us prior to placing your order for this to be arranged for you.

How long will it take for my Tiziana Regina to arrive?
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and usually arrive within 2-7 business days depending on where you live in Australia.  All international orders are shipped via airmail and depending on the local postal services and customs department of that country, will usually arrive within 7-14 business days. 

Am I able to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number generated by Australia Post. You can track your order here by entering your tracking number accordingly.

My Tiziana Regina has not yet arrived. What shall I do?
Tiziana Regina aims to send your order within 24 to 48 hours of it being placed. If your order has not arrived after 7 working days from the date of your payment, please email Tiziana at infotizianar@optusnet.com.au and quote your order number for immediate follow-up.

TIZIANA REGINA FABRICS AND CARE OF YOUR TIZIANA REGINA ORIGINAL
How do I take care of my Tiziana Regina hand bag?
Tiziana Regina searches all corners of the globe for interesting fabrics to be able to make you a bag you won’t find anywhere else. Treasure it and take care as, being made of vintage, silk or upholstery fabric, it cannot be machine or hand washed. Dry cleaning or spot cleaning with a damp cloth or baby wipe is recommended. The fabrics are delicate so Tiziana Regina recommends you do not carry heavy objects in your special bag. Those made of vintage fabric may show signs of age such as wear and tear, smudges and fading. These traces of another life are part of your precious bag’s story.

Tiziana Regina cannot be held responsible for any fading or colour transfer to lighter coloured clothing items from leather straps. Some leathers may bleed. This will be stated on the item description. Tiziana Regina cannot be held responsible for damage to purchased products caused by the use of fabric protectors or dry cleaning or damage, wear and tear or overuse of any kind.

Where do the fabrics come from?

A self-professed fabriholic, Tiziana Regina has been collecting pieces of gorgeous fabric for many years - some from antique markets in Kyoto, silks from Italy, vintage fabrics from her grandmother’s collection and op shops, as well as exquisite fabrics from among leading European fabric labels. Tiziana Regina likes to mix them up and is not averse to up-cycling a garment to give it a second life.

Where are the handbags made?
Tiziana Regina items are proudly designed and made in Australia. In fact, Tiziana Regina makes all her bags herself in her tiny settler’s cottage on Phillip Island.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
What if the Tiziana Regina handbag does not meet my expectations?
Tiziana Regina does her best to photograph the work and to give you a real idea of the item, however, please keep in mind that colours and textures may appear differently on your computer screen. Tiziana Regina wants you to be delighted with your Tiziana Regina original so if the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival Tiziana Regina will be happy to refund you. (Read on!)

How do I go about returning an item?
If you are not satisfied with your Tiziana Regina original, please email Tiziana at infotizianar@optusnet.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the item for further instructions on the returns process. Tiziana Regina will refund or exchange the item for you so long as the item is unused and unworn and in a sellable condition with the original packaging and invoice. Returnable items must be returned within 7 business days of the original shipping date. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable if you are an overseas customer. Tiziana Regina is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection all returns must be sent back to us via registered post including a tracking number.

Do I have to pay to return or exchange an item?
For all returns and exchanges you will be liable for the return postage costs. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return has been received and your exchange/replacement has been dispatched. You will not be charged any postage costs for a replacement item.

What if my Tiziana Regina original is faulty?
All items are handmade by Tiziana Regina and are not sold unless considered perfect. Keep in mind that some finishes might appear different to what you might see on a mass produced item. In the rare event that you consider your item faulty please contact Tiziana as soon as you receive it. Tiziana Regina will repair, replace or refund any returned item deemed faulty upon inspection. This covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover items that have been neglected or subjected to reasonable wear and tear. A faulty product does not include fabric marks or fading of vintage fabrics or leather irregularities in colour and markings, as these are part of the beauty of a Tiziana Regina handmade product, making it unique. Tiziana Regina has the right to refuse an item as faulty if we believe the item was subject to reasonable wear and tear. Tiziana Regina will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by you to maintain the product as per the care instructions below.

My Tiziana Regina was damaged in the post. What shall I do?
If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit (for insured items only) please contact us to file a claim with the post office. The item must be photographed in order to make the claim.
